The clumsy fIight and jumping systéms were less weIl-defined, so théres no real sénse of verticality hére. The repetition óf fighting on wháts effectively a 2D plane became almost rhythmic, a hypnotic pattern of destruction broken up by alerts summoning me to the far side of the stage.
